Thien Nguyen is a Manager with Jones and Kolb. With more than 15 years of accounting experience, Thien specializes in providing high-quality tax and audit services for not-for-profit organizations, private companies, and high net worth individuals. He is well-versed in partnership taxation, income tax, corporate tax, GAAP, financial analysis, and financial reporting.
Thien is an active member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). A graduate of the University of Georgia, Thien earned a master’s degree in accounting, and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting.
Originally from Saigon, Vietnam, Thien is bilingual and fluent in Vietnamese. He relocated to the United States over 25 years ago, and resides in Lawrenceville, GA. Thien enjoys attending Falcons, Braves, and UGA sporting events, spending time with family, and traveling with his wife, daughter, and son. His philanthropic interests include assisting Habitat for Humanity and volunteering at local animal shelters.
